Mount Hotham is an excellent choice for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders. The mountain is known as the best powder and all terrain ski field in Australia, and there is also good provision for beginner riders as well. Uniquely the village is sited at the top of the mountain with accommodation options for ski in ski out options, so instead of heading up each day, you can simply slip on your skis or board and ride straight onto the slopes. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy, Mt Hotham will not disappoint.

How to get here
Mount Hotham is located in Victoria’s High Country between Harrietville and Omeo. Access is via the Great Alpine Road.
