We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and, where applicable, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and other applicable privacy, spam and telecommunications laws.

Powderseek is a travel information, marketing, referral and booking-facilitation platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent travel suppliers, booking platforms and merchants process bookings and payments under their own privacy policies.

1 Scope of this policy
